02Account

03Subscriptions and payments
- MoodGenius offers free and premium tiers.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

If you connect Apple Health, you grant MoodGenius permission to read the health metrics you authorize. You can revoke this access at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You retain ownership of all mood entries, journal notes, and content you create. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the app's services to you.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its infrastructure.
